Administrative Professionals Day word search puzzle worksheet activity

Administrative Professionals Day Word Search - Office Appreciation Activity

I made this word search last year for our school office staff appreciation day. It's a simple 2-page PDF with 24 words that celebrate all the hard work our secretaries and office professionals do every day.

You'll find words like:

  • "organize"

  • "schedule"

  • "assistant"

  • "multitask"

I printed these on colourful paper and had my 5th grade class complete them during our morning meeting. The kids loved presenting their finished word searches to our school secretary along with thank you notes.

The word list includes:
• Everyday office terms ("printer", "files")
• Appreciation words ("helpful", "kind")
• Job skills ("efficient", "reliable")

Perfect for:

  • Administrative Professionals Day (last Wednesday in April)

  • Office staff appreciation events

  • Career day activities

Page 1 has the word search puzzle with words hidden in all directions. Page 2 is the answer key - our PTA volunteers found this helpful when preparing the appreciation gifts.

Format: Basic PDF (2 pages)
Tip: Have students highlight the word that best describes your school secretary!
