If you want to give students extra practice with writing plays, I have just the resource for you.
What You Get:
This is a Planning a Play Script Worksheet that was designed for elementary students who are working on or have mastered this skill. It also works well as a review for students. This is a 1-page printable.
How To Implement This Resource:
You can print off enough copies of the worksheets for each student to have. You may also choose to print only a few copies and laminate those. If you choose to laminate them, students can use dry erase markers to complete the worksheet. This makes a great small group or reading centre activity.
The Planning a Play Script Worksheet is a blank template that features 5 sections:
Which characters will be in your play?
What entertaining events will happen?
Where will each scene take place?
Describe the opening stage directions.
How will the play end?
