This Plant Observation Worksheet asks students to observe and draw a plant, then describe it using a word bank or their own words. The bank includes plant-part names and words for colour and texture.
Provide a plant for close observation. You can repeat the worksheet later to compare changes, but the supplied page is a single observation sheet rather than a life-cycle sequence.
