About this resource

Children follow the number sequence from one to thirty while tracing the written numerals. Five worksheets provide a model and four dotted copies for each number, supporting repeated formation of one- and two-digit numbers. Work through a manageable range at a time and have pupils say each number as they trace it.

Curriculum reference — England: England Year 2 digit formation is a limited supporting connection; tracing to30 is not proof of quantity understanding.
