Rhyming Words -ick, -ock, -ump Cut and Paste Worksheet
, Not Grade Specific,
The main sorting page displays three columns labelled with different word endings. Learners cut out the picture pieces from the accompanying sheets, say each pictured word, and paste it beneath the ending with which it rhymes. The activity therefore relies on listening for the final sound pattern rather than matching initial letters or printed vocabulary. Separating the sorting mat from the cut pieces also supports guided oral rehearsal before any pieces are glued down.

Which, Witch Homophones Worksheet
, Not Grade Specific,
The worksheet briefly defines homophones before focusing on a two-word pair with identical pronunciation and unrelated meanings. Ten sentence prompts alternate between contexts that call for a question or selection word and contexts that name a magical character. Learners circle the fitting spelling in each line. A completed version on page two makes it possible to revisit the semantic clue, not just mark whether a response was right or wrong.
