An editable physical education unit plan template set includes a completed four-topic demo unit, 'Establishing a Learning Environment,' that models how to fill in assessment descriptions, essential questions, topics, lessons, NASPE standards, and unit vocabulary for a beginning-of-year PE unit on gym rules, safety, and personal space. Alongside the demo, five blank editable Word templates are provided, ranging from a one-topic to a five-topic unit plan layout, each with the same header fields (assessment description, essential questions, topics/concepts, lessons, standards, and vocabulary) left empty for a teacher to complete for their own unit. An introductory page credits the template to Pete Charrette ('Cap'n Pete'), a Nationally Board Certified PE teacher, and points buyers to his Amazon store for additional lesson plans and unit templates.
