Cut the Clock - Time Activity
Holiday & Seasonal, Seasons, Fall, Math, Time, Numbers, Preschool, Grade 1, 2, Activities
This activity is where scissors, glue, and time telling collide in the most hilarious way possible. Imagine kids with laser focus, snipping out clock numbers, and confidently gluing them down... in places that might make you question reality. Does the 7 belong next to the 10? In this game , anything’s possible! As they cut and paste, you'll witness the occasional "Where does the 12 go again?" or the classic upside-down 6, and yes, there will be glue everywhere... hands, desks, and possibly a stray elbow. But hey, that’s all part of the creative genius at work. The goal? To complete their very own clock, one wobbly number at a time. Will it keep accurate time? Probably not. Will it spark a ton of laughter and a weird sense of pride? Absolutely. This activity is perfect for classrooms or home projects where the main objective is learning (and maybe a little fun with some accidental glue mishaps). So, sharpen those scissors, roll up those sleeves, and get ready for a time-telling adventure that might not be punctual but will definitely be entertaining! Enjoy!
