Beginning Sound Cards - Students identify and fill in the correct initial sound for each picture. Spelling Cards - Students practice spelling the words depicted on the word cards. Digraph Clip Cards - Students select and clip the correct AN word or picture on each card. Sorting Activity - Students distinguish between pictures that are part of the word family and those that are not. Word Family Puzzles - Engage students in assembling 3-piece puzzles that spell out AN words. Word Family Word Poster - An effective reference poster incorporating numerous AN words.
