Swiss Cross Blank Standards/I Can
, Not Grade Specific, Classroom Decor
These are a set of editable labels for posting your "I Can" or "TSWBAT" standards. You can either create your own with your state's standards, or print them and laminate them and write your standards on them with dry erase so you can change it as needed. There are a variety of fonts and styles - there is a cursive font, an all caps skinny font ala Rae Dunn, and a thicker more bold font. To keep these nice for longer, print them on card stock and laminate them. There is a different page that can be used for your language arts standards or TSWBATs. It says "Metacognitive strategy" and "Comprehension Strategy" - this is for those of you who use the Benchmark Literacy program, as each unit has a metacognitive strategy and a comprehension strategy. And if they use it, I am sure other ELA curriculums also use these same terms instead of the traditional "TSWBAT identify the main idea or I can summarize". I print these and put them in the dry erase sleeves so all I need to do is write on them each week/whenever I am changing my "I Can" and do not have to print extra items.
