Angle Pairs Practice Sheets
About This Product
This Angle Pairs Practice Sheets provides for students to practice skills with angle pairs. These two practice sheets use the relationship of vertical angles, commentary angles, supplementary angles, linear pairs of angles, and adjacent angles.
Students will also use what they know about right angles. Students are asked to name the complement and supplement for specific angle measures. They are also asked to find the angle relationship within a figure and write an equation in x to solve. They will use the value of x to find a specific angle measure within the figure. Students will need to know how to name angles withing a figure with three letters.
The figures in this Angle Pairs Practice Sheets are both simple and more complex. One figure has two intersecting lines. Other figures have several intersecting lines with combinations of right angles, linear pairs of angles, right angles, and adjacent angles.
The Angle Pairs Practice Sheets cover the 7th grade math Common Core standard:
CCSS.MATH.CONTENT.7.G.B.5 Use facts about supplementary, complementary, vertical, and adjacent angles in a multi-step problem to write and solve simple equations for an unknown angle in a figure.
Answer sheets are included. This file is a PDF. There are 4 pages with two practice sheets and two answer keys.
