Easter Science Activity Pack

This is an Easter Science Activity Pack.

All you have to do is print and go.

These are activities for your middle school students to enjoy.

There are sentence strips that can be printed, cut and inserted in plastic eggs so students can have an Easter egg hunt. There are a total of 25 strips to cut. These are numbered to keep track easily. I suggest the following TIPS to make for a smooth activity for you and your students:

Tip One: Establish clear rules/expectations. My rules are: a. Norunning,oryou’llhavea30-second“timeout” b. No fighting over eggs; if you get to an egg at the same time as someone else, “rock-paper-scissors” to decide who gets that egg.
Tip Two: Print extras for those “lost” questions between classes.
Tip Three: Number the eggs by question with a permanent marker.
Tip Four: Don’t forget to save time to review the answers to determine the winner

A recording sheet and answer key are included.

Students can complete the Genetics Word Search for morning work, early finishers, etc.

Additionally, you can make the completion of the word search as a game where students who find a word, or sets of words, may earn some free time or a prize of your choosing.
