This Spring Bunny Jigsaw Puzzle set is something I created to give young learners a fun and calming activity for centers, morning work, or quiet time. The bright spring artwork really draws kids in, and the different puzzle levels are great for supporting a range of abilities. What’s Inside: 4-100 piece puzzles Full-color answer pages Simple printing and cutting tips These puzzles work well with Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten, and the higher-piece versions can challenge Grade 1–2 students. I usually print the pages on cardstock and laminate them so they last longer, especially if they’re going into a center. How to Use: Just print, cut, mix, and let students put the puzzle together. The smaller-piece puzzles are great for fast finishers, and the bigger ones are perfect for students who like a challenge. SOCIAL STUDIES You could also use this project for social skills centers and as a basis for teaching about the changes in the world historically in regard to how people communicate much less commonly through "snail mail." MATH ACTIVITY IDEAS Also, you can integrate math activities. For example, the cost of a postage stamp and how much it would cost to send out 10 cards to friends/families (how many stamps you need to purchase multiplied by the number of stamps you need to buy). Glitter Backgrounds – 12 Sparkling Designs for Worksheets, Slides, and Classroom Projects to Brighten Your Classroom Materials ✨ PNG + PDF + TIFF Over the years, I’ve found that even small visual changes can make a big difference when it comes to engaging students—especially with worksheets, bulletin boards, or presentations. That’s exactly why I created these glitter backgrounds. They add a little sparkle and visual interest without being too overwhelming or distracting. Sometimes it’s the background that helps set the mood for a lesson. In this set, you’ll find 12 glitter-style backgrounds, each in A4 format. I designed them using Procreate, and they’re available in three file types: PNG, PDF, and TIFF. That way, you can choose what works best for you—whether you're creating something for print or a digital format like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides. What’s included: – 12 different glitter backgrounds (A4 size) – File formats: PNG (with transparency), PDF (ready to print), TIFF (high resolution) I’ve used these backgrounds in lots of different ways: as worksheet templates, as digital covers in GoodNotes, and even as backing pages for student booklets. Around the holidays, students love anything that sparkles—so I’ve used them for reflection prompts in December, festive games, or classroom posters. They’re also a nice way to elevate things like certificates, behavior charts, or project templates. The designs are colorful and textured, but still neutral enough to use across different subjects and age groups. Printable Chemistry Pennants – Christmas Classroom Decor I made this banner because I wanted something simple to hang in my classroom during the weeks before the holidays — something that looked nice but still connected to chemistry. These are small triangle flags, each showing one element from the main group, with symbol, name, and atomic number. The design has a bit of a holiday touch but it’s not loud or silly, so it works even if you don’t go all-in on Christmas decorations. What I like about it is that I can just print it, cut it out, and hang it up, and it brings colour to the room without much effort. The students walk past it every day, and after a while they start to recognise elements just from seeing them over and over again. It’s not a big thing, but I’ve noticed that small exposures like that can really help, especially for the students who don’t memorize things easily. I printed mine on heavier paper and used some string and tape to hang it across the whiteboard. One year I laminated them so I could use them again the next time, and they held up really well. You can hang them in a line, in clusters, or just tape them to cabinets or doors — whatever fits your classroom. Sometimes I also use them as a starting point. I might ask a student to pick one element from the banner and tell me something about it, or we do a quick warm-up based on the symbols they see. But most of the time, it’s just there, and that’s enough. It makes the space feel less grey in December, and still keeps the focus on science. It’s nothing complicated — just a printable you can use when you want something useful and a little seasonal. 📍 Happy teaching, Heike from Lernfitness Did You Know?
