Our resource contains three different letter W flower templates to practice both beginning sounds as well as letter recognition. What's Included: There are two different templates that allow students to create a flower focused on recognizing the beginning sound of the letter W. There is one template that allows students to create a flower focused on letter recognition of both capital and lowercase forms of the letter W. Utilizing this Resource: Simply print the flower templates, and then allow the students to color, cut out, and assemble into a flower on colored construction paper. You can also print the flower design onto colored card stock to create a sorting activity . The flower will need to be cut and laminated. What is Included: There is 1 flower template for reading UN family words There is 1 flower template for identifying and matching UN words and pictures. This resource contains two CVC words flower template. When finished, each flower will have 6 different petals with words and pictures. They can be used to introduce or review CVC words, especially words with the UN spelling. With easy to identify images, students will not have difficulty knowing which picture matches which word. There are two ways to use this product: One way to use this resource is to simply print, and allow students to color, cut out and glue the flower onto colored paper. Another way to use this resource is to print the flower onto colored card stock paper. The teacher then can cut and laminate the pieces.
