Enhance the teaching and learning of the beginning sound of letter S with our unique and interactive flower craftivity. This educational tool is designed to facilitate the understanding and recognition of the letter S sound with common, easy to recognize images. Our resource contains three different letter S flower templates to practice both beginning sounds as well as letter recognition. What's Included: There are two different templates that allow students to create a flower focused on recognizing the beginning sound of the letter S. There is one template that allows students to create a flower focused on letter recognition of both capital and lowercase forms of the letter S. Utilizing this Resource: Simply print the flower templates, and then allow the students to color, cut out, and assemble into a flower on colored construction paper. You can also print the flower design onto colored card stock to create a sorting activity . The flower will need to be cut and laminated. This can function as interactive materials in a literacy center, where students can match pictures to the correct letter R flower. Article · Dolch Sight Word Lists by level · A dot painting worksheet for each sight word How To Use This Resource: This is the set of dolch sight words. There are 41 words total. I have included several options so you are more likely to find what fits the needs of your students. All the pre-primer words are offered in two fonts: a dotted line for students to trace and practice writing the words, and in a chunky coloring form so students can color and do some art with each word. Every card has a tiny title “Pre-Primer Dolch Sight Words” so that if the card ggets mixed up with the others, you can sort them out by level again. Also, the cards are offered in a classroom form and an individual form. Hopefully this helps to fill both the classroom need and the homeschool need.
