Each recipe template: Can be printed with the chosen recipes handwritten onto the cards Can be edited using Google Slides or PowerPoint - Font styles can be changed and more. Links to recipe ideas are included as well. This is a project that can be worked on individually or as a team. Students will practice using Google Slides or PowerPoint software which will increase their knowledge of creating products in these creative software programs. Students will practice typing and/or handwriting. Students can give the finished products to a special friend or family member. Students can try out the recipes in the school kitchen as is possible. A lovely home economics and family consumer sciences project. Students will be developing research skills when they utilize the included links to find recipes and choose ones that they think sound yummy. Finding, choosing, and trying out new recipes are all life skills that will be helpful into adulthood, especially if students are given the opportunity to try out any of the recipes. Students will have fun doing this crafty, unique activity, and they will be learning at the same time. Recipes contain ingredients in specific amounts (math), and have to be followed like a lab experiment to complete and end up with a successful finished product. Two zipped files are included: one non-editable pdf file and one editable PowerPoint file that can be used with Google slides which is a free program.

Enhance the teaching and learning of the beginning sound of letter T with our unique and interactive flower craftivity. This educational tool is designed to facilitate the understanding and recognition of the letter T sound with common, easy to recognize images. Our resource contains three different letter T flower templates to practice both beginning sounds as well as letter recognition. What's Included: There are two different templates that allow students to create a flower focused on recognizing the beginning sound of the letter T. There is one template that allows students to create a flower focused on letter recognition of both capital and lowercase forms of the letter T. Utilizing this Resource: Simply print the flower templates, and then allow the students to color, cut out, and assemble into a flower on colored construction paper. If you are looking for a hands-on way to have your students practice sight words, this Sight Word Dot Painting will do the trick! This super fun set of worksheets helps your student learn to identify sight words when mixed amongst other words. Help them search through the words carefully and mark the sight word whenever they see it. A simple activity- but a hit every time! What You Get: · "What Are Dolch Sight Words?" Article · Dolch Sight Word Lists by level · A dot painting worksheet for each sight word How To Use This Resource: This is the set of dolch sight words. There are 41 words total. I have included several options so you are more likely to find what fits the needs of your students. All the pre-primer words are offered in two fonts: a dotted line for students to trace and practice writing the words, and in a chunky coloring form so students can color and do some art with each word. Every card has a tiny title “Pre-Primer Dolch Sight Words” so that if the card ggets mixed up with the others, you can sort them out by level again.
