End of Year Teacher Thank You Booklet: Pre-K, Kindergarten, Grade 1
This 4-page booklet is ready to print double-sided to become a thoughtful card for your preschool, kindergarten, or grade 1 child to give to their teacher. A thoughtful, homemade card is always hugely appreciated by educators, and this template removes all the guesswork by providing prompts for your child!
How to Use:
Print a copy of the two pages DOUBLE SIDED. It is arranged so that it will come out with the correct orientation and be able to be folded into a 4 page card.
Help your child fill out each page and have them draw and colour pictures to go with the words.
Page 1: Your child writes their teacher’s name and their own name and draws a picture.
Page 2: Your child thinks of an adjective to describe their teacher: “You are so fun/kind/smart!”
Page 3: Your child thinks of something they will miss from their classroom: “I will miss the blocks/books/games in our classroom.”
Page 4: Your child thinks of a favourite activity: “I love reading/doing art/learning with you.”

This card is designed to be used with students in preschool, kindergarten, or grade 1. Students can fill it out with their parent's help to give to their classroom teacher. Or, a classroom teacher can have their class create cards for their specialist teachers (art, music, resource, etc.).
