This resource is designed for students in 5th and 6th grade. However, it could be used with any student in need to review how to find the mean with outlier.
Students will find the mean in 12 different task cards that will show data in pictographs, bar graphs, and more.
This resource includes a task card recording sheet with ample space for students to show their work. By having students show their work you will be able to identify where they need additional help and practice.
The answer key includes all the steps taken to get to each answer allowing you to easily see what students miss.
Data sets included will have between 4 to 6 numbers.
