About This Product

The How to Make a Jak-O-Lantern Book is a Halloween theme step by step activity. This book can be used to teach students how sequences work. There are 4 steps to making a jack-o-lantern getting a pumpkin, gutting the pumpkin, carving the face, and lighting it up. There are several options for you to customize the book to your classes needs. You can have them just write about the steps of the jack-o-lantern and color them. Or color, cut, glue and write about the steps of the jack-o-lantern. It all up to you.

Instructions

Pick your line size small or big, with or without line guides, and then with or without pictures. Print your cover and chosen line size and pictures pumpkin pages (pumpkin can also be drawn). Color pumpkins, cut them out, put them in order, and glue them in pages. Then write a description of step on page (use steps that apply). Fold all three with the blank spaces together. I like putting a little stick glue in the middle of the pages (don't glue the cover!). Put the center pages in the cover folded crease out, open ends in, and pages side by side. Staple at the folded end of cover or using other binding method

11 downloadable and printable pages. There is 1 cover, 2 small lines with guides, 2 big lines with guides, 2 lines without guides, 1 no pictures with small lines and guides, 1 no picture with big lines and guides, 1 no picture with no guides, and 1 pumpkin page.
