Problems & Solutions: ESL Edition is an engaging teaching resource designed to enhance reading, thinking, and speaking skills for intermediate ESL students. This exciting teaching tool includes 72 problems, each accompanied by three correct solutions on separate cards.

The essence of this tool lies in its unique structure - the solution card a student has does not match with their problem card. The aim is for students to interact with each other, strategically swapping solution cards until they acquire the three correct solutions that solve their assigned problem.

Structure of Units and Sets

• The resource is divided into six units labeled A-F, each containing 12 Problem & Solution card sets.
• A clear subdivision exists within these units; sets are grouped into batches of four i.e., 1-2-3-4, 5-6-7-8 and 9–10–11–12 that operate independently.
• This strategic division allows classes larger or smaller than twelve to adapt by using more or fewer card sets according to the number of participants yet still abide by the grouping rule—always working with bundles consisting four Problem & Solution sets.

Note: Classes can adjust this based on class size.
