Create a city with this packet. You and your students can jumpstart a "create a city" project. Tons of templates will help your class through the process of designing the layout of their very own city. Build paper roads, businesses, homes, parks, and more. This resource also includes some additional, optional learning experiences including discussing and completing a worksheet about how to select a mayor for your city , writing instructions for finding your way through a city, following rules about city infrastructure laid out in the challenge cards, and practice writing city ordinances.
