In this errorless sorting activity , learners will be given a set of picture cards that contain identical images. The goal of the activity is to sort and match the pictures together based on their similarities. In this activity the learners are given a picture of a object, they will also be given six identical pictures of the same object to match and sort. This activity is designed to be a beginner-level sorting activity , where the learners can be successful independently. The use of identical pictures eliminates the possibility of making mistakes, as there is only one correct answer to the sorting task. This is a great activity to work on individually or use in a beginning work station activity . The activity is easy to set up and can be done in various settings such as a classroom, a therapy session, or at home. Errorless sorting activity is ideal for early learning stages and can help learners develop their cognitive and fine motor skills, visual perception, and attention to detail. It provides an interactive way for learners to practice sorting and matching skills, and boost their confidence in the process. Where do the Candidates Stand on the Issues? Website Research and Analysis is a 23-page interactive and engaging lesson plan for middle school and high school students as they study the upcoming presidential election. The purpose of the lesson is for students to analyze the differences between the two major party candidates running for president by having them explore each of the candidates’ websites as well as a third website that shows their different perspectives on key issues. In addition, students will also explore 1 third-party candidate’s website. Working in small groups or with a partner, students will explore each of the candidates' websites and will analyze and assess them based on the following: how visually appealing they are; how easy the content is for them to read or view; which coalitions or groups support the candidates; how they present their positions and goals; etc. The assessment is a 5-6 paragraph essay in which they analyze and present their opinions on which website does a better job of presenting their information and why. Let's making learning Fry's sight words more interesting. This resources brings Fry's sight words into the digital age. Start off by introducing your students to these sight words by offering the PDF-based, Digital activity. Use the arrow keys to navigate through this resource after you opened it and displayed it on full screen. Students can even do this all by themselves. Then, test their sight word knowledge by opening up the digital fill in the blanks exercise. It works in the same way. Look at each question and press the right arrow key to reveal the answer. Do this for the entire quiz. Again, students can do this by themselves as well. If you would prefer to do this test on paper, no problem! There is a printable version as well, that comes with an answer key. Finally, there are two vocabulary lists, one in order of frequency and the other in alphabetical order. Let's do this!

Students will read a passage explaining the Freedmen's Bureau's purpose, challenges, successes, and ultimate failure.
