This resource is a Confucius’ Proverbs Activity. You will print out the proverb and opinion cards. Then you will draw a T chart on the blackboard with two categories, Personal Life and Education. Pair up students in groups of 2 or 3. Have each group choose a proverb and an opinion card. The students should write their thoughts about the proverb on their opinion card. Each group should attach their proverb card to the board under the correct category for its content. The students of each group should take turns to present their original proverb and their thoughts about it to the class. They may split up the responsibilities as they wish, but all students must speak.
