What is Included: This packet includes an oak tree life cycle poster as well as sequencing cards that go along with each step in the life cycle poster. How to Use: The life cycle poster makes a great visual display in a science center for students to look at and explore the life cycle of an oak tree. The sequencing cards can also be placed in the science center. Students can use the poster as a reference to place the sequencing cards in the correct order. The oak tree life cycle poster is a no prep display the teacher can use to teach about this science concept. The poster can be printed on card stock or laminated for durability. The sequencing cards require some easy prep. They need to be printed and cut apart. Again, laminating these cards for durability is an option. Skills Assessed: This set will help students identify the life cycle of an oak tree. Using the reference of the life cycle poster, students will place the life cycle cards in the correct order.
