The life cycle poster makes a great visual display in a science center for students to look at and explore the life cycle of an oak tree. The sequencing cards can also be placed in the science center. Students can use the poster as a reference to place the sequencing cards in the correct order.
Another way to use the sequencing cards is to place the cards on a ring in the correct order so students can flip through the life cycle of an oak tree.
Where to Use:
Besides the science center, the teacher can use the life cycle poster as an instructional tool to show and teach students about the life cycle of an oak tree. The cards can also be placed in a pocket chart by students or the teacher to represent the life cycle with a hands-on activity.
