Lesson: Tell them that one of the greatest achievements of Aztec civilization was their beautiful city of Tenochtitlan. In it many of their advances can be seen, such as the aqueduct. They will be building a model with clay with a piece of tech that works such as the aqueduct. (pour water and it has to lead to the center of the city). Show them select video clips from the documentary “Engineering an Empire” from History Channel.
