In my practice as a full-time school counselor for grades kindergarten through 8th grade, I can honestly say I have used these with kindergarten through 8th grade. These are even appropriate for high schoolers. I have used them for small groups, after a guidance lesson, in a social emotional discussion with a large group of students to help them stay centered on the topic and one on one with students. These could also be used when students finish their work, during quiet time, used in a calm down corner or reset corner in the classroom or as extra activities for the classroom. I have put on some soothing music as well while students mindfully color these handouts.
