Word Walls

Word Walls are dynamic displays of important vocabulary words that students are learning. By organizing words alphabetically or by theme, you provide a visual reference that enhances spelling and word recognition. Word walls support literacy by making vocabulary accessible and can be regularly updated as students' knowledge grows. Easter Chemistry Bunting A Fun & Educational Decoration for Your Science Classroom! 🐰🔬 I love decorating my classroom for different seasons, but I also want my decorations to be educational and useful. That’s why I created this Easter Chemistry Bunting—it brings a bit of spring energy into the classroom while helping students get familiar with the periodic table! Each pennant features an element symbol, name, and atomic number, so students see and recognize them every day—without even thinking about it. It’s such a simple way to reinforce learning while brightening up the room! 🌸 Why This Works So Well in Class ✔ No extra work for you – Just print, cut, and hang. ✔ Students see chemistry every day – Without pressure, they start recognizing elements naturally. ✔ Festive, but not distracting – A bit of color and seasonal fun, while still focused on learning. ✔ Perfect for any science room – Whether in a chemistry class, lab, or hallway, it works anywhere. ✔ Easy to use in lessons – You can even make it interactive with a classroom game! 📌 What’s Included? 📜 127 Printable Pennants – One for each element, showing: ✔ Symbol ✔ Name ✔ Atomic Number 🎨 Colorful, Easter-Themed Designs – Cheerful and bright, but still focused on learning. 🖨 Easy to Print & Adjust – Scale it to fit your classroom space. 📎 Two Hanging Options: ✔ String them together for a banner. ✔ Attach with fasteners for a flexible display. 💡 Ideas for Using It in Class 1️⃣ Print and cut the pennants. 2️⃣ Hang them up in your classroom, hallway, or science lab. 3️⃣ Use them for a quick challenge – Call out an atomic number, and students find the right pennant! 💡 Another idea: Assign an element to each student and have them share a fun fact about it. 🐣 Why Other Teachers Like It ✔ “Students actually look at it and ask about elements—great conversation starter!” ✔ “A simple way to make the classroom feel more engaging.” ✔ “No prep, looks great, and makes chemistry more visible every day.” 🔬 Bring Chemistry into Your Easter Decorations! Instead of just hanging up generic classroom decorations, why not make them meaningful? This bunting adds a touch of spring while keeping students engaged with science. 🚀 Try it out and see how it works in your classroom! 📍 Best wishes, Heike from Lernfitness Did You Know? Go over the rules together and talk about why they’re important. Encourage students to share how they think dogs might feel in different situations. 📍 Keep it in a visible spot. Hang it up in the classroom, hallway, or near the therapy dog’s resting area. The more students see it, the easier it will be for them to remember! 📍 Use it as a discussion starter. Talk about respect, kindness, and responsibility—not just toward therapy dogs, but in everyday interactions with people too. 📍 Encourage positive behavior. When students follow the rules, acknowledge their effort! You can even let them read a story to the therapy dog as a reward. Why Teachers & Schools Love This Poster ✔ “The perfect way to set clear expectations before our therapy dog visits!” ✔ “The visuals make it easy for younger students to understand.” ✔ “Students now remind each other of the rules, which makes everything so much smoother!” 🐶 A Small Change That Makes a Big Difference Therapy dogs bring so much joy into schools, but a well-prepared environment makes all the difference. PreCalculus Word Wall

PreCalculus Word Wall
Calculus, Grade 10, 11, 12, Word Walls, Classroom Decor

If you are a high school math teacher, finding resources that best serve your students is of the utmost importance! This is aPrecalculus Word Wallthat is filled with practical concepts that your students can use right away. Both teachers and students greatly benefit from having a quick visual reference for topics that were covered last week (or last semester). This Word Wall is printed in bold and bright colors to stand out in your classroom. It consists of over 120 concepts. Sheets will include a title and a subtopic. They will also include a small box at the bottom right-hand corner for a sheet number so you can direct students to a specific sheet. It is purposely left blank to give you the flexibility to rearrange sheets and number them however you’d like. Some sheets will need to be combined because they are too big to fit on one sheet. An “incomplete” border on the sheet indicates topic extends to multiple pages. For a long lasting resource, after printing, I suggest laminating each one of the pages. If wall space allows, post sheets as you cover them in class and leave them up throughout the year. If space is limited, print sheets half-size or replace sheets after completing a unit of study. In addition to using them as posters, this resource may be used in math centers , or as guidance for individual work, or for group work. The topics included are: --Properties of Functions --Key Features of Functions --Polynomial Functions --Complex Numbers --Rational Functions --Exponentials & Logarithms --Trig Functions --Trig Identities --Vectors --Matrices --Conic Sections --Sequences & Series I hope you enjoy! Quadrilaterals Reference Chart Understanding polygons has never been easier. This reference chart provides a clear, organized view of the main types of polygons, helping students identify and compare them based on their sides, angles, and special properties. The chart comes in a full-color version, which works beautifully on classroom walls, whiteboards, or even for digital displays. There is also a black-and-white version, perfect for student binders, interactive notebooks, or individual study sheets, so students can have a handy reference at their desks. This resource is great for lessons on 2D shapes and polygons classification. It is especially helpful for visual learners who benefit from seeing concepts illustrated clearly, and it can enhance math centers, classroom displays, or study materials. Using the chart regularly helps students build confidence in recognizing and naming different polygons types while reinforcing essential geometry vocabulary. Teachers will also appreciate the convenience, since the chart is ready to print and use immediately. It is best suited for students in grades 3 through 6, but it can also serve as a useful review for older students. Whether displayed in color on the math wall or printed in black-and-white for student reference, this chart is a flexible and practical addition to any geometry unit or STEM resource collection.

This editable resource gives you the flexibility to present your classroom rules in a structured, visually consistent format – while still adapting the content to your own teaching style. The rules cover core areas of classroom life: from behavior during experiments to notebook organization and grading criteria. GHS Pictogram Clipart – Glitter Design for Chemistry Classrooms & Craf

GHS Pictogram Cliparts Glitter Design for Chemistry Classrooms, Crafts and Materials PNG If you’ve ever found the standard GHS (Globally Harmonized System) pictograms a bit too plain or uninspiring for your teaching materials, you’re not alone. That’s exactly why I decided to redesign them with a fresh twist. These 18 cliparts—9 in portrait and 9 in landscape format—combine the clarity of the official hazard symbols with a visually striking glitter effect. The colors remain true to the original system (red border, black symbol), but the glitter gives them a unique and eye-catching feel. I created each of these cliparts by hand in Procreate, with the classroom in mind. They’re still clearly recognizable as hazard pictograms, but they add a touch of design that fits beautifully into worksheets, posters, or digital resources. Ways you might use these in your classroom or materials: – Labeling chemical containers in a more engaging way – Gluing into student chemistry notebooks to support safety topics – Decorating posters or bulletin boards about lab safety rules – Enhancing worksheets or lab instructions visually – Adding to PowerPoint, Keynote, or Genially presentations – Integrating into digital learning platforms or safety training resources – Using them in flashcards for visual reinforcement Since you’ll receive both portrait and landscape versions (in PNG format with transparent backgrounds), you can easily adjust them to your layout or format. Whether you're printing or working digitally, the designs remain sharp and flexible. These glitter-style symbols were made to support safety awareness while also respecting visual design preferences—especially for teachers or students who appreciate a bit more flair in their materials. Usage rights: You may use the cliparts both privately and commercially within educational content, as long as your own contribution is clearly visible. Please do not resell the graphics individually. Wishing you lots of creativity while designing your materials, – Heike from @Lernfitness Did You Know? I teach with a certified therapy dog, and together we create a positive and welcoming learning environment. 🐶

ea Phonics Anchor Charts
ELA, Phonics, Language Development, Spelling, Pre-Reading, Special Education Needs (SEN), Special Resources, Kindergarten, Grade 1, Word Walls, Classroom Decor, Anchor Charts, Teacher Tools, Worksheets & Printables, Coloring Pages, Worksheets

This 'ea' set of 2 phonics anchor charts is excellent for acquainting children with words in the ' ea ' spelling family, for both reading and spelling development. What is included in the pack? One brightly coloured ' ea ' phonic anchor chart which can be used as a word wall, or for teacher use One black and white phonics anchor chart, which can be coloured by pupils What do the worksheets involve? The colour ' ea ' anchor chart can be used as a word wall or as an aid to teaching the ' ea ' digraph. The black and white anchor chart can be coloured by the pupil. The act of colouring helps the family of ' ea ' words to be fixed together as a group of words in the child's memory. In addition, children can be encouraged to think of a story, using as many words on the ' ea ' anchor chart as possible. How to use the anchor charts One of the great difficulties of learning digraphs, encountered by the middle and lower thirds of the class, is remembering which digraph to use for each word. For example, is it cake, or caik? By linking words in the same family together, children can be helped to overcome this difficulty. This is how this phonics anchor chart can help. Children will greatly enjoy colouring the non-clip art, realistic pictures. Always encourage neat colouring, as this sets a standard for all work. Who are the phonics anchor charts for? Young learners Those with a special need Due to their non-babyish nature , they can be successfully used with older ESL/EFL pupils. Who can use the phonics anchor charts? Teachers Parents Home educators Tutors Adult education Anyone! Answer keys: There is no need for an answer key. Watch out for more phonics anchor charts from Lilibette's Resources in the future!

60 Blob-Style Clipart Backgrounds – For Teaching Materials, Posters, and Digital Resources Hand-drawn blobs to add color and personality to your classroom designs 🎨 PNG If you're creating your own worksheets, presentations, or classroom posters, it’s nice to have design elements that make your materials feel more individual and inviting—without distracting from the content. That’s why I created these 60 background cliparts in a fun, blob-inspired style. Each element is hand-drawn using Procreate and saved as a high-quality PNG file , so they’re easy to insert into PowerPoint, Canva, Word, Google Slides, or any digital notebook like GoodNotes. You can use them for headers, cover pages, memory cards, game materials, or just to decorate your resources in a way that feels personal and clear. What’s included (all in PNG format): 12 circular blob backgrounds 12 oval backgrounds 12 wavy washi-tape blobs 12 transparent organic blobs 12 striped transparent overlays That makes 60 colorful, flexible clipart pieces you can mix and match across your projects. Ideas for use: I’ve used these blobs to decorate task cards, brighten up classroom rules, create printable posters, or make front and back covers for student folders. They also work really well for memory games or station cards. Because they’re not too detailed, they’re ideal as visual anchors without drawing attention away from your content. Usage: ✔ Personal use ✔ Commercial use allowed within the educational space – for example, in your own worksheets or printables ✘ No resale or sharing of the raw PNG files These backgrounds are meant to give your materials a light, creative touch – whether you teach young learners or older students. Alphabet Flashcards: Phonetic

Alphabet Flashcards Here is a colourful set of Alphabet Flashcards – sure to delight any child. As a bonus, as I know that some children are transport lovers, I have included two pictures for some letters to provide a form of transport to appeal to these children (i.e.: H for helicopter, R for rocket, L for lorry, F for fire and fire engine, A for ambulance). This set of alphabet flashcards is equally suited to a variety of needs: · The parent with a young child · The teacher in the classroom · The classroom assistant · The SEN teacher · The ESL/EFL teacher They can be used in all situations to help children learn those all-important alphabet/beginning/initial sounds and become familiar with both upper- and lower-case letter shapes. Suggested ways in which to use the Alphabet Flashcards: · Pin them on the wall in order as a display: ask the child to point to the letters either by name, by sound, or by picture (beginning sound). · Look around the house/classroom for things that begin with the same sound as the object on a given flashcard. · Choose several cards (suitable for the needs of the child you are playing with) and lay them out on the table face up: Play I spy: I spy with my little eye something beginning with ‘….’. · Bean bag toss: Lay a selection of flashcards on the floor and give the child a bean bag. Ask – can you toss the bean bag onto the picture that begins with..’..’. · Print duplicates and play snap! · Help the child to put the flashcards in alphabetical order! Format: Four flashcards print to an A4 page, formatted to fit the page on a cheap HP printer. It is advised that the flashcards be laminated to make them more durable. They will get hard wear! What is included? 1 PDF 11 pages 46 pictures (2 for some sounds as indicated above) For a comprehensive set of alphabet flashcards, with letters and 2 sets of picture cards, see here. When children are first starting to learn letter shapes and sounds, it is helpful to have a handy reference chart that they can use to aid recall of letter shapes and a picture cue to the sound each letter stands for.

Each background is designed in A4 format and comes in three file types (PNG, JPG, TIFF), so you can use them easily in PowerPoint, Canva, Word, or on your digital whiteboard. Units of Measure Word Wall

Units of Measure Word Wall
Math, Measurements, Grade 7, 8, 9, 10, Word Walls, Classroom Decor

If you are a math or science teacher, finding resources that best serve your students is of the utmost importance! This is aUnits of Measure Word Wallthat is filled with practical measurements that your students use on a daily basis (often without realizing it). Both teachers and students greatly benefit from having a quick visual reference to topics during instruction or class discussions. This Word Wall is printed in bold and bright colors to stand out in your classroom. It consists of 28 units of measure, plus their conversions. Cards will include a title, unit conversion, unit abbreviation, and box at the bottom right-hand corner for a sheet number. The sheet number is purposely left blank to give you the flexibility to rearrange sheets and number them however you’d like. Some sheets will need to be combined because they are too big to fit on one sheet. An “incomplete” border indicates topic extends to multiple pages. For a long lasting resource, after printing, I suggest laminating each one of the pages. If wall space allows, post sheets as you cover them in class and leave them up throughout the year. If space is limited, print sheets half-size or only leave the most pertinent sheets up after finishing the unit. In addition to using them as posters, this resource may be used at centers , or as guidance for individual work, or for group work. The topics included are: --Length and distance (8 different units + unit conversions) --Weight & Mass (6 different units + unit conversions) --Volume (11 different units + unit conversions) --Temperature (3 different units + unit conversion formulas) I hope you enjoy!
