About This Product

These adorable play-dough mats will be an instant hit with your young students. Help your preschoolers learn and practice the shapes and formation of letters. Using play dough to form the letters will help them to really memorize and recognize letter shapes. Plus- young students always learn better when they can move and use their hands! Have some tactile letter fun!

How to Use This:

Choose whether you want the color mats or black and white mats. If you choose to make a classroom set of color play dough mats, make sure to laminate them. The play dough will leave moisture stains and a mess all over regular paper. If you want students to create their own, give them each a black and white paper copy. Have them color and decorate the page first. Then have them use play dough to form the different letters. Send the mat home for extra practice!

These mats are excellent for small centers, early finishers, additions to your letter lessons, or independent work. These alphabet mats pair perfectly with a letter of the week program! They might be simple but are very effective for learning letter formation! Student favorites!
