Order of Operations PowerPoint for 3rd and 4th Grades is a great resource for students to learn or refer back to as reference while learning and/or practicing the order of operations.

This resource includes a PowerPoint presentation about order of operations where every slide explains which operation to complete and in which order.

After the title slide, the presentation lists the operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

The next slide lists the basic operations verbs: add, subtract, multiply, and divide. The following slide shows which two operations (multiplication and division) are the first to complete, as they are done from left to right. This is done through a specific problem.

Another slide shows how addition and subtraction are calculated from left to right when no other operations appear. This is done through another problem.

A later slide explains what to do when the two previous levels are mixed. And then comes a couple of examples.
