States and Changes of Matter Lapbook (Science/ELA)

States and Changes of Matter is a project that focuses on the states or phases of matter and the changes they go through. Each component of the lapbook can be completed from the activities done in your Science class.

This is designed to be engaging and fun way for the learners to check their understanding of the lessons through a very creative means.
This Science lapbook is also made for either individual or group project that is very helpful to teachers and will give them the freedom to decide how the output would be done.
