Six Earth Day activities combine a colouring page of the planet surrounded by trees, flowers, and animals with a short-answer page asking students to explain three ways to help the Earth, why recycling matters, and how to save water at home. A matching page pairs six Earth-friendly actions -- recycle paper, plant a tree, pick up trash, compost food scraps, grow vegetables, take short showers -- with their pictures, while a maze has students guide a recycling truck past littered areas and traffic to the recycling centre. The set closes with a word-unscramble puzzle built from eleven Earth Day vocabulary words and a crossword using Earth Day clues. Six additional image files are bundled with the worksheets.
