The teacher calls out a type of angle (acute, right, obtuse, straight, reflex). Students use their arms to make that angle. Students can make up their own "angle dance routines" and teach them to their peers. 2) Angle Scavenger Hunt: Students make a table in their notebook with the five types of angles: acute, right, obtuse, straight, reflex. They look around the classroom, the school, or outside and record examples of each type of angle in the environment. 3) Angle Exit Slip: Want to ensure your students are grasping the concepts of your angle unit and learning how to use a protractor accurately?
