After a warm-up conversation about the students' own holiday experiences, the class watches the film under guidance and completes comprehension exercises to improve listening and understanding. After that, students do vocabulary and true/false exercises to strengthen their understanding of important ideas and historical details. They discuss cultural customs and thoughts about the modern Mother's Day celebration in groups. Students write heartfelt messages to their mothers and make simple Mother's Day cards to personalize the educational process.
