In this resource, students will play a mystery game. This is an SEL game that teachers cooperation, problem-solving and listening. Groups of 4-5 students will work together to figure out Michael's Mystery. Michael is a quarterback for the Washington Gorillas and has lost something and refuses to play in the game until it is found. There are three categories to solve; what is missing, who took it and where is it. There are 18 clues and 6 possible suspects in each of the categories. This game teaches how to work together for a common purpose. Students will need to access their listening skills, problem-solving skills, deduction skills and leadership skills. This is a great game for students in 3rd-6th grades but possibly older too! Are you looking for fun activities for practicing number recognition? These pixel art worksheets are perfect for getting your students to practice number identification for the numbers 0-3! Different options for how to use this resource: Cut and paste You can choose to print the colour square pages on white paper. -This is the simplest option, but it will take a lot of colour ink. Or you can choose to print the black line squares pages on colour paper. -This will use a lot less ink, but it will take a little more work to prepare. -You may struggle to find colour paper in all the colours I have used. If you have a problem finding the right colours, you can generally substitute a different colour if you need to. Simply look at the answer key to see what the pictures are and choose an appropriate substitute colour. Colour by number You will only need to print the worksheets and allow the students to colour the squares themselves. Preparation: Worksheets 3 printing options: 1. Full colour - best if you will be able to use all the same colours that I have used. 2. Partial colour – I have left the colours blank. You will need to tell your students what colours to use for each number before they can start the activity . This is best if you need to make some substitutions because you are printing on colour paper and cannot find all the correct colours. 3.
