Worksheet Sets Worksheet Set 1: The focus here is on rounding numbers written to 1 d.p. to the nearest whole number. Students are encouraged firstly to find the number on the number lines provided before doing the actual rounding. Worksheet Set 2: Numbers written to 2 d.p. need to be rounded to either the nearest whole number or to 1d.p. Worksheet Set 3: Numbers written to 3 d.p. need to be rounded to either the nearest whole number, tenth or hundredth. In this worksheet the language of the questions is much more varied. How many worksheets are in each set ? Lots and lots. At the click of a button all numbers are randomised, so the questions change every time. This will allow you to create as many new worksheets you will need for practice throughout the year (classwork, homework, revision, fillers etc) or even give small groups of students in your class different sets of questions . There will certainly be enough to ensure fluency in this topic. There is also a set of ready made worksheets at the 3 levels shown above. Digital Teaching Material Designed to help you introduce the content of (all) the worksheets to the whole class on an Interactive Whiteboard, or on a PC or Mac for 1-1 tuition and similar to the Worksheets you have (almost) unlimited examples to practice with. Answers can be found on the second page of every worksheet, automatically generated when you create a new worksheet. Note These resources are PDF documents and work with the official Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows or Mac computers with the randomising buttons also working via a touchscreen (PC or Mac)or on an Interactive Whiteboard.
