If you are a high school math teacher, finding resources that best serve your students is of the utmost importance! This is aPrecalculus Word Wallthat is filled with practical concepts that your students can use right away. Both teachers and students greatly benefit from having a quick visual reference for topics that were covered last week (or last semester). This Word Wall is printed in bold and bright colors to stand out in your classroom. It consists of over 120 concepts. Sheets will include a title and a subtopic. They will also include a small box at the bottom right-hand corner for a sheet number so you can direct students to a specific sheet. It is purposely left blank to give you the flexibility to rearrange sheets and number them however you’d like. Some sheets will need to be combined because they are too big to fit on one sheet. An “incomplete” border on the sheet indicates topic extends to multiple pages. For a long lasting resource, after printing, I suggest laminating each one of the pages. If wall space allows, post sheets as you cover them in class and leave them up throughout the year. If space is limited, print sheets half-size or replace sheets after completing a unit of study. In addition to using them as posters, this resource may be used in math centers , or as guidance for individual work, or for group work. In this collaborative poster, the class will come together to create a poster that stands for what each student believes in. The poster has a rainbow with balloons and stars and the quote that is spelled out is "In our class, we are kind and respectful." Each student will get to color a piece of this puzzle. There are 30 pieces. The poster will measure 23 inches height by 35 inches wide. This will be a fun activity for each student to contribute into one large poster. This poster can be posted in the classroom, on the bulletin board on on the door. This poster is great for first, second, third, fourth, and fifth grades. In this file, you will receive 30 student pages with directions on each page, a full color picture of the outcome, a picture of the black and white version as well as the black and white version that is divided into 30 pieces. In the beginning of the school year, it is important to do activities that build community and shared values. When doing this poster, students can also talk about what else they believe to be important in the classroom as a community. I work as a school counselor for K-8th grade. Introduce or review many different contractions with these contractions posters and anchor charts. Contractions are created when two words are made into one word. The missing letters are replaced with an apostrophe. Since most contractions follow the same pattern of letter elimination, these posters help to show students the similarity of contractions and how to appropriate spell the contractions. What is Included: There is one poster that focuses on words that use "not" in the contraction. There is one poster that focuses on words that use "will" in the contraction. There is one poster that focuses on words that use "would" in the contraction. There is one poster that focuses on words that use "is" or "are" in the contraction.
