Christmas Coding Activities and Game Making using Scratch

These are idea Christmas Activities for students who are learning to code. A broad range of ages can attempt the activities from around 9 yrs old to 14 yrs old. The objective is to teach young people to be able to use code effectively to solve problems in a fun and engaging way. The activities start easy and gradually get more complicated. Students will need a computer with access to the Internet to complete the activities. Templates are available to help them to complete the activities on the Scratch website. The type of coding is text based which many students find a little easier to engage with. There are 36 pages and 5 Individual fun activities. Students can also complete the activities independently.
