♥When I did this activity with my 6th graders we had an awards ceremony and invited parents and others who were involved with them. I bought donut holes, and cider. Some of the parents also brought goodies to share. With much pomp and circumstance, awards were distributed and the kids were on Cloud 9. The last day of school finally arrived, we played games, watched a movie, and pigged out. Summertimefun35 When it was time to leave, there were hugs and tears as we all said good-bye, knowing that we’d never be together, like this, again. ♥
