About This Product

In need of a fun way to increase self-esteem and encourage self-care? This free bingo challenge game will surely be a hit with your students. The board game includes a total of 16 self-care/self-love strategies to show your students how they can appreciate and love themselves. The best part is it can be done virtually or at home!

There are a number of ways to use the BINGO board:

- in your classroom/virtual classroom as a daily challenge

- choose a different activity to do each day together

- the students can share what they did the previous day

- students can learn to set a daily goal to complete

Conversation prompts:

- "Why did you choose that box to complete?"

- "How did it feel doing that for yourself?"

- "Why do you think doing these things are important?"

- "How do you think that (activity) helped you feel loved?"

- "When did you like doing (activity) at night before bed? in the morning? after school?"

- "Who can we invite to do these things with at home?"

The strategies included on the cards are:

- Make a list of things you love about yourself

- Do something that makes you smile

- Give yourself a big hug

- Make something for yourself

- Play with your favorite toy

- Eat your favorite food

- Play outside

I would LOVE to see how you use this in your classroom. Make sure to tag @socializing.with.sprouts if you post any pictures on Insta!
