In this deck, students will learn the difference between listening to their inner coach or inner critic. there are 7 introduction/informational cards and 26 task cards. An entire class can do this whole group or teachers/counselors can assign to small groups or individual students. This is an important concept for students to change their negative self-talk to positive self-talk.
