Welcome to Jen's SEL lessons! During the day, I am a current full-time school counselor at a Kindergarten through 8th-grade school. I have a Master's In Social Work and have worked in the field since 1994. I strive to create fun and engaging social-emotional lessons that are multi-cultural and current. All of my products are vetted by the students I work with every day-which speaks volumes regarding their credibility and effectiveness to target the goals of the lessons. If it does not work with my students, I do not publish! Each lesson is crafted with a goal in mind for students, and a vision of how this lesson could be easy, helpful, and effective for teachers and counselors. I also love word searches as they help students reset, calm down are a great mindfulness tool. I All of my images are purchased for commercial license.
