This content consists of theoretical content of AI-enhanced career planning, student worksheets for self-reflection and prompt creation, real-life examples of how high school-aged learners and adult learners are changing careers through AI as well as resources for teachers (with images) about these items. It was determined that the primary target audience for the content and example case studies of students and adults was high school students ages 14-18 in grades 9-12. Case studies utilized for reference were from students in their 10th and 11th grade year, included high school scenarios such as expected academic performance (i.e., transcripts) to identify which extra curricular activities students would participate in, such as: extracurricular activities (e.g., debate club, robotics); and student worksheets will have students reflect on their interests (e.g., interest in space exploration or environmental projects) and what path they would pursue through a community college or university. This resource is perfect for career education classes, guidance counseling sessions, or homeschooling activities related to getting ready for the job market after high school and the impact on their jobs in an unstable economy. The secondary audience of the content and the example case studies was all post-high school students ages 12+ including: young adults transitioning to a 4-year college, first-year college freshmen, and working adults looking to upskill/re-skill. Additionally; case studies of older adults (past PhD graduates and adults in their late 20s seeking to transition from administrative positions to logistics in the bio-tech industry) demonstrate that the resource promotes lifelong learning, investigation, and adapting to shifting technologies (e.g., AI and quantum computing). Some target classes could be the introductory college career development course; vocational training program; and adult learning/education workshops about Artificial Intelligence Ethics and skill bridging. With an emphasis on marketing to high school career preparation classes, but also demonstrate the versatility of the program to appeal to transitional learners in larger markets. The Shrinking World Notes and Outline
Social Studies, Geography, Grade 9, 10, 11, 12, Outlines, Teacher Tools
The Shrinking World Notes and Outline The Shrinking World Notes and Outline is an educational resource designed to simplify the intricate topic of Globalization. Primarily intended for teachers instructing AP Human Geography, it can also be effectively utilized by educators in high school economics classes or anyone looking to provide their students in 9th through 12th grade with clearer insights into this vital global process. This product comes as a 33-slide Power Point presentation. Each slide has been meticulously crafted to promote ease of understanding and note taking, allowing students the flexibility to write their notes directly from the teacher's visuals. Presentation Overview: The presentation begins with a comprehensive explanation of what globalization truly means - from its core principles down to its more nuanced components. It then shifts focus towards examining why globalization happens at all; such as the growing influence of multinational corporations in recent decades, utilizing Wal Mart as a case study. A key aspect covered are geographical understandings associated with space and distribution including concepts such as density, concentration and pattern. These concepts factor significantly into any analysis concerning Globalization's impacts on our world. The presentation delves into space-time compression - how technology continues shrinking our planet metaphorically - transitioning seamlessly into distance decay: explaining how geographically distant places interact less than closer ones. To complete this informative journey through Globalization an exploration on diffusion aimed at consolidating learners' understanding about its different forms like relocation diffusion (wherein ideas spread through physical movement) or expansion diffusion (spread via communication). Note: Teachers will need to download this file because it comes packaged as zipped content which contains everything they need in one convenient format. In summary, "The Shrinking World Notes & Outline" is designed not just for imparting facts about Globalization but also encouraging critical thinking around complex socio-economic themes that shape our increasingly interconnected world today!

Phonic Spelling Programme Level 1 Ages 7+
Special Resources, ELA, Special Education Needs (SEN), Language Development, Phonics, Reading, Spelling, Preschool, Grade 1, 2, 3, Lesson Plans, Teacher Tools, Outlines, Worksheets & Printables, Flashcards, Workbooks
This is a Phonic spelling programme. Not only will it teach a child to spell, but also to write. Just add a good handwriting programme. The spelling programme can be used with all ages from 5 to 99, however, if used with a young learner I strongly advise using the programme to teach both reading and spelling at the same time. See the website for more information and resources to teach young children. The spelling programme can be used: with children who have learnt to read, but need a spelling/writing programme with children who have tried another phonic programme and not made much progress with reading and/or spelling/writing with a special needs child who needs a very structured approach to learning by home educators by parents wishing to help their child at home About the programme The programme is very flexible and can be made to fit the child, rather than the child to fit the programme. Being highly structured, each new lesson builds on the one before, constantly revising the previously taught material The spelling programme will take 41 weeks to teach. One new sound is taught each week. What is included? The teacher's manual with full lesson plans and helpful teaching tips A list of the keywords for each lesson with the phonic sound highlighted - for practice and revision 39 spelling worksheets The Reading Made Simple Phonic flashcards The Odd Word flashcards About the worksheets The worksheets use time-honoured exercises to help pupils to become familiar with the new sound and revise previously taught ones. They include such exercises as tracking the new sound in words, proofreading as well as comprehension questions. Children generally find them fun because they are so easy due to the way learning is structured throughout the programme. More information If you would like more information about the spelling programme, then please visit the Reading Made Simple website. The same programme and set of worksheets can also be used to help an older child read, one who has some phonic knowledge but needs the gaps filled in a systematic manner.

Weekly History Syllabus Doodle Notes
Creative Arts, Graphic Arts, ELA, Writing, Resources for Teachers, History, Social Studies, High School, Homeschool Resources, Middle School, Worksheets & Printables, Writing Prompts, Teacher Tools, Graphic Organizers, Outlines, Templates
Ever feel like your history lessons need a serious pick-me-up? After watching my teenager's eyes glaze over during one too many timeline activities, I knew I had to create something different! These Weekly History Syllabus Doodle Notes were born late one night at my kitchen table, surrounded by scattered history books and half-finished lesson plans that weren't working for either of us. As a fellow homeschool mom who's navigated the treacherous waters of teaching history to a teenager (who'd rather be doing ANYTHING else), I have poured all my real-world experience into these templates. Gone are the days of dry, boring history planning that puts both of us to sleep! Instead, I have created visual planning sheets that finally clicked for my visually-oriented teen. Now we're mapping out historical connections, documenting primary source readings, and planning research activities in a way that actually sticks! The magic happens when those historical concepts come alive through both organized planning AND creative visual elements. My daughter went from "Do we have to do history today?" to pointing out connections between historical periods on her own—I amnot kidding! These templates have completely transformed how history works in our homeschool, and I cannot wait for them to do the same for yours. INCLUDED IN THIS RESOURCE: Comprehensive weekly history planning template with visually engaging design Designated spaces for historical learning objectives, content focus, and instructor information Daily sections for documenting classwork, discussions, quizzes, and attendance Specialized reading assignment sections for historical texts and primary sources Homework planning areas with website research recommendations and writing prompts Visual note-taking spaces that connect historical concepts with creative representation Structured organization that accommodates the unique narrative nature of history instruction Look, I am not going to pretend I'm some super-organized homeschool mom with color-coded bookshelves (my laundry pile would quickly disprove that myth!). But after years of history lessons that felt like pulling teeth, these doodle notes have honestly saved our homeschool history curriculum. Sunday afternoons used to find me stressed and overwhelmed, staring at history books and wondering how to make centuries-old events relevant to my tech-obsessed teen. Now? I actually look forward to mapping out our history week! The combination of chronological organization with visual creativity means concepts stick in a way they never did before. My daughter has gone from glazed-over eyes to making connections between historical periods on her own. No joke—last week she compared political patterns from ancient Rome to something in today's news WITHOUT PROMPTING! Grab these templates today, and in a few weeks, you will be texting your homeschool friends about how your kid suddenly loves history. (And they'll demand to know your secret!) If you and your students/homeschoolers enjoyed this resources, please leave a review. Thank you for your support! Tina - Big Easy Homeschooling Mom Please subscribe: tidewindacademyhomeschool.com
