In this product, there is a 9 slide PowerPoint and a Scenario handout. This is an SEL presentation. Students will learn about the concept of intent versus impact. This lesson is especially good for students who joke around without realizing their jokes/teasing is hurtful. The PowerPoint guides the lesson. There are slide notes for additional lesson instructions. This can also be uploaded as a Google Slide presentation. There are also 3 short Videolink videos in this lesson as well as a group activity to apply a relatable scenario to the concept. The group will analyze a situation and decide what is the intent and impact of the situation and then share out to the class about their scenario.
