About This Product
100th Day of School Opinion Writing Step-by-Step (Would You Rather)
Would you rather have 100 alligators or 100 arctic foxes? This 100th day of school-themed step-by-step opinion writing activity includes animal cards, research report pages, opinion writing graphic organizers, and more.
This LOW PREP interactive resource makes a great addition to your 100th day of school celebration; writing lessons or centers; or just for fun. It is perfect for second grade, third grade, and fourth grade classrooms, homeschool families, and cooperatives.
After printing the cards, each student should pick or be assigned 2 animals to research. (There are 378 unique combinations of the 28 cards.) Research can be done individually or in small groups. Students are encouraged to use the report pages included. Based on their findings, students should present their opinion in response to the assigned writing prompt. This can be done orally or using the included graphic organizers.
