High School: A Student's/Homeschooler's Guide to Professional Email

As a homeschool mom with a 9th grader of my own, I have realized pretty quickly just how high the stakes get as they hit high school. Suddenly, our kids are expected to reach out to co-op teachers, talk to college recruiters, or apply for that first part-time job—and they are expected to do it like professionals. I started calling it the "digital handshake" because, in many cases, that first email is the only impression people have of them. I created this guide because I wanted my own teen to have the confidence to hit "send" without second-guessing herself.
