Included in this Thanksgiving Writing unit are Opinion, Narrative, and Informative prompts designed to help kids master their writing skills. These instructions prompt students to have an introduction, reasons that support their theories, dialog, and conclusions. To help students prepare before they start their writing, they should organize their thoughts with writing organizers.  These writing organizers should be used as tools that help guide students accomplish a detailed writing that meets the requirements for common core.

This Thanksgiving Writing Unit includes 3 Opinion prompts, 3 Narrative Prompts, and 3 Informative / Explanatory Prompts that are centered around fun festive Thanksgiving Activities! Also included are 2 different writing organizer pages for each type of writing prompt.
