Battle Brackets are not just for basketball! Students will enjoy these SEL peer pressure strategy brackets! There are 5 color strategy brackets and one blank one. All slides are FULLY EDITABLE as this is a Google Slides Presentation. There are 12 Middle School and 12 Elementary School peer pressure scenarios. Some of the scenarios for elementary school are; someone tells you to eat candy when you were not supposed to, someone asked you to say something mean about another student, someone dared you to take someone's football, someone asked you to cut in line, someone asked you to give the answers for the spelling test and others. Some of the middle school scenario examples are; someone asks you to drink alcohol, someone asks you to vape, someone dared you to take something out of someone else's backpack, someone asked you to spread a rumor about someone else, someone dared you to steal something from the cafeteria for their lunch, and many more. You can use these battle brackets for whole-class voting and discussion or with small groups. It is up to you. There are detailed instructions in this product. 5th Grade Math Review Bingo Games

Prepare your students for end of year testing with these fun games. This file contains 2 Bingo Games of 8 questions each for 5th grade math review. Students love games and especially bingo. Students will create their bingo card with the answers given (not in correct order) and then work math problems to mark their answer on the bingo card. As a teacher I always had a small candy for the students who got a bingo. The topics covered are: convert between written and standard form of numbers, find the volume of rectangular prisms, multiplication of whole numbers, subtraction of mixed numbers, operations with decimals, division word problems, compare decimals, fraction word problems, rounding decimals, and place value. Full instructions for the class game are included as well as the answer key. You can have students to complete both games in the same day or in two different days. Just be sure students save their bingo card for the second day.

Here is an ultra fun game to help pupils learn to 'Spot the 'e''' and change from vowel sound to vowel name! This game covers i/i-e a/a-e o/o-e When introducing the Final e/silent ‘e’/split digraphs/CVCV words, many children have difficulty quickly changing vowel names to vowel sounds and vice versa. This game can help to take the stress out of learning. How to play The game involves each player having a baseboard upon which to build his/her tower. Players aim to be the first to build their tower and win! Word cards containing both silent 'e' and CVC words are scattered on the table - with an 'oops' card hidden amongst them! Players take turns to choose a card. If it is read correctly, the player places it on his/her baseboard and begins to build a tower. Teachers and parents may give the child as much help as needed to read each word and turn it into a teaching opportunity. With more confident children, you can change the rules so that the card is returned face down to the table if it is not read correctly. If a player chooses the 'Oops' card, then the whole tower is wiped off the player's board and the cards are returned to the table, face down and play continues until someone manages to build their tower. Your pupils will have so much fun they will forget that they are learning! Games take the pain out of learning!
