Practice reading words with the prefix CO- with these sentence reading rings. Students will read words with the prefix co- in the context of sentences. Each card also includes a bold and colorful image to illustrate each sentence and to help students to learn the meanings of each word. What is Included: This resource includes one reading ring for the prefix co. There are seven cards each featuring a different word with the prefix co. The words included in this set are: coexist, copilot, coworkers, cooperate, coherent, coincident, and coed. When to Use Early Finishers - If students finish their work early, they can use these reading rings for extra practice. Small Group Work - Teachers can use these reading rings to target small groups of students who need more practice reading words with prefixes. Independent Practice - Students can work independently at their desks to read this set of prefix cards. Harriet Tubman was one of the most important figures of the Underground Railroad and Civil War era of the United States. This resource provides your students with the opportunity to independently learn about and synthesize the life of this important figure for the fight for equality in the United States with this engaging research planner and essay assignment. This carefully scaffolded and easy-to-assign-AND-assess resource has been designed to guide student learning from Harriet Tubman fact-collection to the careful development of a five-paragraph research essay.
