Converting Units of Length Task Cards

Here is a great way to add an engaging activity to your math curriculum. This set of 20 task cards is sure to challenge your upper elementary learners while providing an element of fun to their math lesson. As they work through each card, fifth and sixth graders will be tasked with converting units of length. They’ll focus on millimeters, centimeters, inches, feet, yards, and miles. The task cards contain direct questions, multiple choice, fill-in the blank, and word problems. There are also guide sheets to provide your learners with a boost of helpful information about measurement conversions. Full page, half-page, and quarter page guide sheets are included to best meet the needs of your learners. This is a fun activity to use either during the span of teaching this concept or as a review once your learners have completed the topic.
