How To Use This: Play this memory game to work on learning and memorizing the names of creatures that lived during the Cenozoic Era. They’ll love learning about these 12 animals! This game works as a great review or supplementary resource to a larger paleontology unit . What You Get - 24 double-sided cards with detailed computer-generated images or photos of creatures from the Cenozoic Era. Cut apart all the cards. Then lightly glue each back to a front. Are Birds and Dinosaurs Related? This activity pack helps students explore the scientific evidence behind the connection between birds and dinosaurs. Instead of simply presenting one viewpoint, this resource encourages students to analyze the evidence and form their own conclusions. I developed this project with my son, who has Autism, in mind. He struggles with writing and organizing his thoughts on paper. Using sorting mat activities reduced frustration and made learning more engaging.
