That’s why I created this resource. It combines chapter quizzes, literary essay prompts, and quick writes to save time and keep assessment simple but effective. Each one includes multiple-choice questions for quick checks, two short responses, and one extended response to encourage text-based answers and critical thinking. In addition to the quizzes, you’ll find 10 literary essay prompts with a rubric to help guide structured writing about theme, character development, conflict, symbolism, and more.
