The Mother's Day Activity Book is perfect for kindergarten, first, and second graders. It covers common core subjects in writing and is the perfect way to inspire creativity as students draw and write special messages for their mother or grandmothers. Because all families are different, there are pages all the women in a child’s life including mothers and grandmothers. The following are included: • Three different covers for the Mother's book. • Two different covers for the Grandma’s book. • Five pages of ten questions / prompts for students to fill in and draw what they know about their mom or their grandma. • Teachers should copy the pages, on both sides of paper, then fold the pages into a book and staple the pages together to form the book. The writing prompts include: • This is my mom where students will draw a picture of their mom. • This is my mom’s favorite thing to do where students will draw a picture of their mom doing their favorite activity. • My mom likes to eat where the students will draw a picture of their mom’s favorite food. • This is me with my mom where students will draw a picture of themselves with their mom. • My mom likes to watch where students will draw a picture of their mom watching something on TV or maybe watching a soccer game. • My mom works at where the students will draw a picture of their mom at work. • My mom likes to drink where the students will draw a picture of their mom drinking their favorite drink. • My mom’s favorite hobby is where the students will draw their mom doing their favorite hobby. • My mom likes to wear is where the students will draw their mom in their favorite outfit. • My mom likes to read is where the students will draw their mom reading their favorite book.
